Returns & Refunds (EU Right of Withdrawal)

Who this applies to
This returns policy applies to consumers (B2C) in the EU/EEA. Business customers (B2B) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Right to withdraw (cooling-off period)
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) received the goods.

How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please let us know by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email). You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below, but it is not mandatory.

Please include your name, address, order number, products returned, and date of receipt.

Effects of withdrawal (refunds)
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned goods, including the standard delivery cost (if any). We will make the refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

Return shipping costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to bear those costs or the item is defective/non-conforming.

Condition of returned goods
You may handle the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (as you would in a shop). You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Return deadline
Please send back the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

Exceptions (where the right of withdrawal may not apply)
The right of withdrawal does not apply, for example, to:

  • goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  • sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
  • digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium after you gave express consent to start delivery and acknowledged you would lose the right of withdrawal.
    (We generally sell physical craft sets; these exceptions will only apply if relevant.)

Defective or non-conforming items (legal guarantee)
Your statutory legal guarantee of conformity remains unaffected (see section in our Terms). If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us at info@rifumo.eu so we can arrange repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
