2. Scope
These terms govern all purchases and use of our online store by consumers in the EU/EEA. Business customers (B2B) may contact us for separate terms. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products, pricing & VAT
Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. We take care to ensure accuracy, but errors in price or availability may occur; if so, we will contact you before processing. Product photos are illustrative; please read the description for what’s included.

4. Ordering & contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we accept the order (e.g., by sending an order confirmation email or dispatching the goods). We may reject orders for legitimate reasons (e.g., out of stock, address issues, suspected fraud).

5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order. Any third-party payment services you use are subject to their own terms.

6. Shipping & delivery
We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicated during checkout and in your confirmation email. Title to goods passes upon delivery; risk passes upon delivery to you or your designated recipient.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. See our Returns & Refunds policy above for how to exercise this right and its effects.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity (EU)
We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within two years of that time. If your item is non-conforming, you are entitled to repair or replacement; if these are impossible or disproportionate, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. Contact info@rifumo.eu with your order details so we can assist. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable at the time of contract. Consumer rights under mandatory law remain unaffected.

Note: The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued. If you need assistance with consumer redress in the EU, consult your national consumer authority. We are not obliged to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures and do not commit to participate, but we will consider ADR on a case-by-case basis.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts under applicable law.

12. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our business or the law. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
