These Terms of Use govern your non-commercial access to and use of the Site (browsing pages, viewing content, creating an account, writing reviews, etc.). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Purchases made via the Store are governed by our Terms & Conditions of Sale (not these Terms).
3) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use from the date of publication.
4) Eligibility & Territory
The Site is intended for adults. If you are under the age of consent in your country, use the Site only with a parent/guardian. The Store ships only to the destinations shown at checkout.
5) Accounts & Security
You’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate laws or third-party rights;
- upload unlawful, misleading, or abusive content;
- attempt to interfere with the Site, its security, or other users;
- use automated means (scrapers, bots) except for standard search-engine indexing that respects robots.txt.
We may remove content or restrict access if these Terms are breached.
7) Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the Site, its text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and AR artwork are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
8) User Content (Reviews, Q&A)
If you post reviews or comments, you:
- warrant you own or control the rights to your content; and
- grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, reproduce, and translate that content for Site operation, marketing, and legal compliance.
We may moderate or remove user content at our discretion (e.g., spam, offensive, off-topic).
9) Purchases & Product Pages
Product availability, pricing, delivery, withdrawal rights, and legal guarantees are governed by our Terms & Conditions of Sale and Returns & Refunds. If there is a conflict, those documents prevail for transactions.
10) App & Digital Services
Our companion app may be governed by a separate end-user license and/or store terms (e.g., App Store/Google Play). Where applicable, those terms apply to app use in addition to these Terms. See the app store listing for details.
11) Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices—please check those policies separately.
12) Privacy & Cookies
Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. The Site uses necessary cookies and (if enabled) optional analytics/marketing cookies based on your consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time in Cookie settings.
13) Disclaimers (Site Content Only)
We take care to keep the Site accurate and available. However, site content is provided “as is” for general information and may change without notice. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights (including the legal guarantee of conformity for goods—see our Terms & Conditions of Sale).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the Site. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
15) Disputes, Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
Note: The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued; we do not participate in ODR. We will consider alternative dispute resolution (ADR) on a case-by-case basis.
